"Exercise is essential for optimum health and well being..."

It stimulates the body into making the hormones that keep us young and vital while also helping to eliminate the toxins that age us and weaken our immune system. By using a variety of cardio and resistance routines we can positively stimulate all of the body’s functional systems to enhance our health.

Not all of my routines are gym based but I try to make them fun while being goal orientated. The important thing is that you start with something you enjoy and is convenient to your schedule, and then push yourself a little harder each week as your fitness levels improve.
