"Make a day of it... with activities that you can enjoy with your friends"

The Lifestyle Day concept is an exceptional way for you and friends of yours to participate in fun and efficient ways to get fit and keep fit. Sharing the benefits of exercising with your friends is shown to lead to a better chance of you reaching your goals... and therefore a better lifestyle.

The Lifestyle Days are a half or full day excursions into the activities from the following list:

Exercise:

• Circuit Training

• Sports Coaching

• Hiking

• Weight Training

• Ocean Kayaking

• Postural Conditioning

• Stretching Techniques

Once confirmed you can invite up to 4 friends to join you on in your activities.
