Before we start though it is important to ascertain current health and fitness levels and so I put all of my clients through a series of cardio and strength tests and do a thorough nutritional profile.
Most importantly I check for muscle imbalances that might affect posture, the condition of the cardiovascular system (or the heart and lungs) and any food intolerances or obvious flaws in the diet that may be handicapping your progress.
The consultation can be done at the home or office and the physical tests at the gym or any outdoor location such as the racecourse in Happy Valley. |
